• The law of color, the color wheel, and the level system
• Hair composition, natural, gray, and white hair
• Hydrogen peroxide and alkaline agents
• Permanent, semi and demi permanent haircolors, temporary haircolor
• Lighteners and high-lift blondes
• Redken haircolor brand positioning and consultation skills

Part 2 – 2 days - Formulate and Create

• Formulation guidelines
• Application
• Mixing and processing
• Foil placement and its effects – horizontal, vertical, and diagonal
• Color correction guidelines and services
• Business building tips to share how Redken haircolor will increase revenues and customer satisfaction
