Orders can be placed over the phone to our order entry department, faxed, given to a salon consultant or emailed.

We make it our priority to have your orders shipped to you on the day you place them. Depending on the time your order is placed and how far away you are we will do our best to get it to you by the next day.

Our Beauty Stores accept Mastercard, Visa, business cheques and debit.
On Account
If you have an account with Icon you have until the 10 of the following month to make your payment. If you are interested in setting up an account at Icon, please contact your salon consultant. If you don’t have a salon consultant, phone the head office and we will get you in touch with one!
Payment on Delivery
We can arrange to have your payment picked up on the delivery of your order. This is a great option if you do not have an account. All you have to do is tell the order entry staff when you place your order. Certain fees may apply, please confirm when you place your order.
Modifying & Canceling Orders
Forget something? No problem! Call us back and we will do our best to add it to your order. As we strive for next day delivery your add-on must be called within a few hours of submitting your order and before the out-going shipping timeline.
