Returns

Items requesting to be returned must be in re-saleable condition and are the current model or item number. No discontinued items will be accepted for returns. When submitting a product for return the original invoice must be provided. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Damaged Items and Shortage Claims

• Please report damaged or missing items within 2 days of delivery by calling our head office. Please have your invoice on hand at the time of the call as we will require specific details from the invoice.

Exchanges

• Exchanges of certain products are accepted. Products to be exchanged need to be returned in its original, unopened packaging in re-saleable condition.
• The cost of shipping items to be exchanged will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• For all exchanges, a copy of the original invoice needs to be included.
• A 20% restocking fee will be charged for items returned.

• Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, and Store Credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or cheque.
• Icon SalonSystems reserves the right to limit or refuse to accept the return of certain merchandise at any time and for any reason.
• Icon Salon Systems will only accept the return of merchandise purchased from Icon Salon Systems

Warranty

• For warranty purposes please keep a copy of the original invoice along with the warranty card.

Icon Salon Systems reserves the right to change deals and prices without notice, pricing errors are not deliberate.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges must follow the policies of Icon Salon Systems. No warrantee without receipt. If issues arise, solutions are at the discretion of Icon Salon Systems.
